Magic Level
Magic level represents what level of magic a player is able to learn. It is entirely based on class and level.

Magic Bonus
Magic bonus is derived from your INT and determines a few things:
It feeds directly into your SP value.
It assists in determining your spell success chance (debuffs).
It has a small impact on the efficacy of healing spells.

Spell Power (SP)
SP is simply your Magic Level and Magic Bonus added together.
SP = Magic Level + Magic BonusSpell power does the following:
Determines your magic damage. This is the primary purpose for SP.
Determines some weapon proc damage.
