All credit goes to Lineage Compendium. I am just rewriting and consolidating the information in one stable place.

Most private servers (Reborn and Justice included) just hand you the quest reward as soon as you level up.

  1. Initiate the quest with Jem in Talking Island. She will ask you for the items below. Ghouls will drop them. They are untradeable.

    • Ghoul Nail

    • Ghoul Tootth

  2. Return to Jem with the two items and she'll give you a Cursed Spellbook and ask for a Skeleton Skull. Skeletons drop this and it is untradeable as well.

  3. Return to Jem with the Skeleton Skull and Cursed Spellbook, and she will give you a Book of Magical Powers.
